You can request deletion of your Salelog account from the app. If you can no longer access Salelog, you can send a verified request by email instead.
Request deletion in Salelog
- Open Salelog and go to Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Select Delete Account and review the confirmation.
- Confirm the request. Your access to the account is then disabled and the account-deletion process begins.
Request deletion without the app
Send the request from the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before processing it.
Request account deletionOpening this page or the email link does not delete any data automatically. Never send us your password, verification codes, payment details, or customer data.
Before deleting your account
- Export any business records you need to keep.
- Cancel an active subscription through the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Salelog account does not cancel a store subscription.
- Business records shared with another organization member may remain available to that organization where they are not personal data belonging only to you.
What happens to your data
An in-app request disables access to your Salelog profile after confirmation. An email request is processed only after account ownership is verified. As part of processing the request, personal data that we are not required to retain is deleted or anonymized.
Limited information may be retained only for as long as required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or resolving an active transaction. We will confirm the outcome using the email address associated with your account.
