1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SaleLog's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.2 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

3.4 Free Trial (if applicable)

If we offer a free trial, you will be charged the subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

3.5 Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.

3.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change.

3.7 Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple's standard refund policy. Please contact Apple Support directly for refund requests.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on SaleLog's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. SaleLog makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall SaleLog or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SaleLog's website.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
