Prove the workflow before paying

Use the Free Plan as a Trading Pilot, Not Just a Tour

Salelog offers a free plan, with paid options for businesses requiring more capacity or plan-specific access shown in the app or official site.

Store price, currency, billing period and any offer can vary, so the checkout shown to the account remains the final source.

Test the tasks the business repeats each week and compare the saved effort with the displayed price.

  1. Use actual products and transactions in the pilot.

  2. Check both catalogue and monthly-operation capacity.

  3. Read billing period and renewal terms at checkout.

Subscription is only one part of cost

Repeated data entry, unresolved stock differences, staff training, connection dependence and poor exports all consume working time. A free plan is useful when it allows the business to measure these costs in the real routine.

Use actual product names and the payment timing customers use. Perfect demonstration data hides the work required after launch.

What belongs in the pilot?

Record a delivery, sale, cancellation, customer receipt, supplier payment and location transfer if they apply. Scan a barcode, disconnect briefly, invite a restricted staff account and export a report. Note both improvements and new friction.

Check the type of limit

Plans can constrain catalogue size, monthly operations, team access or a combination. A four-product business with hundreds of sales is not equivalent to a quiet business with hundreds of references.

Use current in-app information rather than an old article or screenshot.

Read the purchase screen carefully

Confirm the currency, billing period, renewal amount, introductory conditions if any, cancellation path and account receiving access. An App Store purchase and an official direct option may not have the same terms.

Quotations and customer orders

On Free and Plus, a quotation or order uses one monthly operation; the sale created on conversion counts separately.

Use this feature in the iOS or Android app. Quotation and order management is not yet supported in the web app.

Pricing questions

Can I use Salelog for free?

A free plan is available with capacity limits. Review the current plan because a shop with few products and many sales has different needs from a large catalogue with little movement.

Should I pay monthly or annually?

Monthly billing may offer flexibility; annual billing may show a saving. Compare the exact renewal conditions and commitment displayed at purchase.

Does a paid plan add every feature I might need?

No. More capacity does not create an ecommerce integration, VAT filing or warehouse function that the product does not provide. Test fit before upgrading.

Upgrade after the workflow proves useful
