Turn a task into a clear question
Open the assistant from Home when the feature is available in your mobile app. Instead of “help”, ask “How do I add a customer?” or “Where do I record a supplier payment?” Describe the workflow, not a customer’s private contact details. The assistant uses Salelog guidance; it cannot look up a person’s balance or tell you which products you actually have.
Read the answer, then use the real form
An answer can contain headings, steps and links integrated into the explanation. A link opens the relevant screen or a predefined preset; it does not insert quantities, choose a customer or submit anything. If you ask about creating a recurring expense, use the explanation to reach the form, then set and check its details yourself. Recording an expense is not an automatic bank payment.
Follow up without mistaking help for execution
Ask a specific follow-up if a step is unclear. If access is missing or the assistant cannot answer, use Settings for support. Internet is required for the assistant even when some ordinary mobile tasks work offline. Consult the remaining daily allowance shown in the app; an explicit retry can use another request. A useful outcome is understanding what to do next, not an assertion that chat has already done it.
